Job summary

Andy Frain Services, Inc. is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead our on-site team at Ross Park Mall in Florence, KY. You will oversee daily security operations, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, customer-friendly environment.

This hands-on leadership role requires the ability to manage people and security operations in a fast-paced setting. You will enforce post orders, coordinate with local authorities, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• Previous security supervisor or leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and hold employees accountable.
• Comfortable handling emergency situations and decision-making under pressure.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Experience with CCTV, alarm systems, and life safety systems preferred.
• Must meet all state/local security licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support Security Officers to ensure strong performance
• Enforce post orders, safety procedures, and company policies
• Conduct patrols and respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
• Maintain daily activity reports, logs, and incident documentation
• Coordinate with local police, fire departments, and mall management
• Ensure proper operation of systems (CCTV, fire panels, radios, access control)
• Train and onboard new team members
• Assist with scheduling, payroll submission, and shift coverage
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance and safety standards
• Deliver excellent customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff
