Job summary

OmniMax International, LLC is seeking a Roll Form A/Shapes Operator on the 3rd shift (11pm–7am) in Lancaster, PA. You will set up and run roll form equipment to produce metal shapes like roof edges, soffit, and fascia caps, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

This full-time role requires teamwork, strong communication, problem solving, and basic math. Responsibilities include material handling, labeling accuracy, machine lubrication, and keeping the work area organized.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a team and support all members.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; problem solving.
• Detail oriented with good math ability; able to review information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist Forklift Driver to load coils and prep payoff.
• Operate multi-station roll form machine to produce roof edges, soffit, fascia caps.
• Pre-form cartons, fill, seal, and label; ensure correct labels and placement.
• Move finished cartons to storage/shipping; maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Report production or quality issues to Supervisor; lubricate machinery as needed.
