Job summary

Godshall & Godshall Personnel Consultants, Inc. is partnering with a growing manufacturing company in South Carolina to recruit a quality inspector for a direct-hire, full-time role.

The position requires 3+ years in a quality role and the ability to use precision measuring instruments. You will perform dimensional inspections, read blueprints and GD&T, document results, verify calibration status, and support corrective actions while collaborating with production teams.

• Experience with GD&T and blueprints is preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Read blueprints, specifications, and GD&T requirements accurately.
• Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final product inspections.
• Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.
• Verify calibration status of measurement and test equipment.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.

Salary: $19-21/hour (+ Shift Differential)
