Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.

• Knowledge of quality management systems like ISO standards.
• Basic understanding of statistical process control (SPC).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different departments.

Responsibilities

• Performing visual and physical checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to identify defects or non-conformances.
• Utilizing testing equipment to measure dimensions, weight, chemical composition, and functionality within tolerances.
• Recording inspection results and analyzing data trends using SPC methods.
• Regularly checking and calibrating measuring instruments to maintain accuracy.
• Maintaining detailed records of inspection findings and non-conformance reports.
