Job summary

The Quality Assurance Sanitizer position at Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC ensures all equipment is sanitized to meet QA standards and prevent contamination. It includes chemical testing for certain cleaning activities and maintenance of water treatment equipment.

The role requires accurate data entry into the LDMS, adherence to GMP, and the ability to work the 3rd shift (40 hours/week) including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic GMP knowledge and aseptic techniques.
• Basic computer skills including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Performs CIP sanitation on production lines per QA policy.
• Maintains aseptic technique and GMP compliance; maintains water treatment equipment.
• Keeps chemical storage areas organized and supports unloading bulk chemicals.
• Records CIP and chemical concentrations in the Lab Data Management System (LDMS).
