Job summary

CTDI in Indiana is seeking a Shift Production Supervisor for 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Mon–Fri). You will coordinate production staff, drive KPI performance, and ensure quality, safety, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will lead tasks, report on daily performance, manage timecards, support HR with discipline as needed, and collaborate with management to meet SLAs and P&L targets while fostering a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a materials/distribution environment preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with focus on results and continuous improvement.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workers operating production machinery, assembles items, performs quality checks, or packages products for shipment.
• Assigns daily tasks, provides support with production challenges, and seeks operational improvements.
• Supports the team in meeting/exceeding daily KPIs and customer expectations through accurate reporting.
• Delivers clear information during shift transitions to prep the next shift for success.
• Provides first-level support for escalated issues during the shift.
• Maintains production quality by monitoring performance metrics across the department.
• Communicates with management and customers to ensure SLAs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
• Assists with employee relations, including addressing concerns and supporting HR with disciplinary actions.
