Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College degree in a technical or business field desirable.
• 5+ years of experience within a batch manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly plant activities and shift coverage.
• Assist in scheduling production orders and ensure schedules are met.
• Direct manufacturing of batches and filling of containers in all production areas.
• Monitor performance against goals set by the Operations Manager.
• Ensure compliance with Safety & Environmental Policies and 6S/Quality SOPs.
• Supervise Training for Production Operators, including safety and job skills.
