Gerber Products Company, part of the Nestlé family, seeks a Production Supervisor to provide tactical direction for a production team on 2nd or 3rd shift. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while mentoring staff and managing costs.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or business administration and 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing. SAP experience and familiarity with digital manufacturing tools are valued.

Responsible for providing tactical direction and support for a production team. Unit supervisors are responsible for creating and maintaining a safe and sanitary production area to produce a product that meets or exceeds established standards. Must develop and lead business unit employees to ensure achievement of plant objectives. Takes ownership of driving continuous improvement. This position can be either 2nd or 3rd shift.
