Job summary

Principle Business Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate for the 3rd shift at Bowling Green North. You will bag, label, and package absorbent products while helping maintain a steady production flow in a safe, clean, and fast-paced environment.

The role is hourly with base pay of $19.25 per hour plus a $1.00 shift premium for 2nd or 3rd shift; associates may receive a first pay increase after 90 days; strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; (3 months experience OK).
• English communication ability essential; prior manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bag and package absorbent products to maintain production flow.
• Operate bag-sealing machine and package finished bags.
• Move cases from conveyor to pallet and inspect materials at each step.
• Read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
