Job summary

OPmobility in Smyrna, TN is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Operator to support multiple production lines through job rotations. You will remove flash from blow molded tanks, inspect for defects, weigh tanks, and place them in post-mold cooling fixtures.

You will perform quality inspections, record production data, operate computer systems to track tank data, and follow Standard Work Instructions and Quality Alerts.

Responsibilities

• Works on all production lines and stations for job rotations.
• Removes flash from blow molded tank, inspects visually for defects, weighs tank, and places tank into post-mold cooling fixtures.
• Perform Quality inspections and records data.
• Operates computer systems to identify tank production data.
• Works in accordance with Standard Work Instructions and Quality Alerts.
• Record and report any equipment malfunctions, abnormal product quality or any process that is found to be out of specification.
• Follow standard reaction plan (labels, bins, INTRACE)
