Job summary

Coating Place, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Production Operator in Sauk City, WI. The role involves operating and cleaning processing equipment, preparing coating solutions, and following SOPs in a cGMP environment.

The position offers pay: $23.00–$27.00 hourly with a 10% shift differential on the 3rd shift, training on 1st shift, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. No experience is necessary; all levels considered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of cGMPs preferred.
• Basic understanding of Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills and conversions.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English at an efficient level.
• Ability to establish working relationships with team members and clients.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack.
• Ability to stand for lengthy periods.
• Ability to use a half-mask respirator with proper seal.

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean production processing equipment.
• Prepare coating solutions and formulas in a cGMP environment.
• Verify tasks performed by others and maintain accurate records.
• Label containers with contents and lot numbers.
• Transfer product and solvents between containers.
• Stage materials and equipment for processing.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures.
