Clayton is seeking a Production Operator to join its door manufacturing team in Morristown, TN. The role involves assembling, machining, and finishing door components in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality control.
You will read blueprints and work orders, operate various tools, inspect finished parts, and document data while collaborating with teammates to meet daily goals. A high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years in manufacturing are preferred.

The Production Operator is responsible for the efficient and accurate assembly, machining, and finishing of door components in a manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to quality and safety standards, and the ability to operate various production equipment and hand tools.
Fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variations.
Personal protective equipment (PPE) required, including safety toed shoes, safety glasses, ear protection, and gloves.
May require occasional overtime or weekend work to meet production demands.
