Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of 3rd Shift Production and Fabrication to meet quality, efficiency and safety standards.
• Manage personnel, equipment and inventory; drive process improvements to hit deadlines and customer expectations.
• Monitor performance metrics and hold team members accountable.
• Coach and support department leaders; arrange training when needed.
• Establish and maintain quality checks; report rework and root causes with corrective actions.
• Ensure safety concerns are reported and documented; update procedures annually.
