Snap-On Tools is seeking a production associate for the 3rd shift (10:00pm–6:00am) in Milwaukee. The role involves polishing riveted pliers, loading parts for processing, and operating presses to assemble tools. Team-based work emphasizes safety and quality.

The incumbent will handle packing, labeling, and loading tasks, while maintaining adherence to product specifications and throughput targets. Prior manufacturing experience and basic math are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic including fractions and decimals.
• Experience with precision measuring tools and gauges.
• Basic computer skills to access information and records.

Responsabilités

• Polish riveted pliers to finish surface quality.
• Handle forklift responsibilities as needed.
• Pack and label parts and load for transit.
• Load parts on racks for processing.
• Operate hydraulic or knurling press for tool assembly.
• Load batches for grit-blasting and heat treatment preparation.
• Take quality samples and adjust processes to meet specs.
• Collaborate in a team environment following safety and OSHA rules.
• Meet or exceed productivity and throughput standards.
