Crucial Link is hiring Production Associates for a growing food manufacturing company in Independence, Ohio. Pay ranges from $16–$20/hour, depending on experience, skills, and abilities.

This is a 2nd Chance Employer that is willing to train motivated candidates and promote from within. The company offers opportunities in production, batching, machine operation, sanitation, warehouse, quality, and other areas as employees gain experience.

Responsibilities may include:

• Working on production and packaging lines
