Job summary

FedEx Office in New Jersey is seeking a Production Operator, Manufacturing to perform a wide range of duties including operating equipment, moving boxes, writing forms, and maintaining the Digital production area in a fast-paced print/finish environment. This role requires a high school diploma, 6+ months of related experience preferred, and good communication.

The position includes a 3rd shift from 10pm to 6:30am with pay of $20.75 to $28.00 per hour, and FedEx Office is an Equal Opportunity

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of related experience preferred
• Prior FXO products & services offerings preferred
• Commercial print environment experience preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Process and produce Digital and Signs & Graphics print/finish orders as requested and/or directed
• Operate printers, binding and other auxiliary equipment
• Perform all phases of equipment set-up, operation and routine maintenance
• Maintain equipment and supplies, including cleaning and repairing
• Provide customer service with minimal supervision
• Follow Lean manufacturing principles to ensure quality and on-time delivery
• Maintain 5S standards in the work area
• Other duties as needed
