Bell & Evans in Fredericksburg, PA is seeking a Production Team Member in Evis to support poultry processing by inspecting, sorting, and performing rework to ensure product quality and food safety in a fast-paced environment. You will work as part of a team, follow safety standards, and collaborate with leads and QA to maintain product flow.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to stand for long periods, and willingness to learn inspection and rework tasks.

Competenze

High school diploma or GED is required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Follow safety, food safety, and quality procedures.
Willingness to perform inspection, sorting, and rework tasks.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Able to stand for extended periods.

Mansioni

Perform sorting and inspection of raw poultry product to ensure quality and food safety.
Work at a steady pace on a production line with accuracy.
Identify and separate product that does not meet specifications.
Perform rework on product as trained.
Use approved tools and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
Follow all food safety, quality, and sanitation procedures.
