Charles Industries, An Amphenol Company, is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Technician to support reliability and efficiency on manufacturing equipment and facility systems. The role emphasizes safe work practices, accurate recordkeeping, and timely maintenance to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of related experience, proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office, and a solid understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of related maintenance experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations is a plus.
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems is required.
• Experience using CMMS is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems, including inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and replacement of wear components.
• Identify equipment issues and verify proper operation following maintenance activities.
• Accurately document maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs in required systems and records.
• Maintain tools, work areas, and maintenance supply inventory in a safe, clean, and organized condition.
• Assist in other duties as required.
