Job summary

Louisville Pavement Sweep is seeking a dedicated night-shift Sweeper Operator to join our graveyard crew. The role operates sweeper trucks and a backpack blower to clean parking lots and warehouses, keeping properties pristine each night. You must stay alert, adhere to safety, and drive during the 10:00pm–6:00am schedule.

A valid license with a clean record and reliable transport are essential. We offer a 40-hour week with a consistent five-day pattern and overtime opportunities, plus holiday

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Cell phone is mandatory to download work related apps.
• Ability to stay awake and alert during graveyard hours.
• Tech savvy and able to navigate required apps.
• Have reliable transportation to get to and from work.

Louisville Pavement Sweep is calling all self-motivated night owls to join our amazing street and parking lot sweeping team full time!

THIS POSITION IS FOR A SUNDAY, MONDAY, TUESDAY, SATURDAY SCHEDULE. IF YOU CANNOT WORK THIS SCHEDULE, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. We are a street and parking lot sweeping company that values our team and appreciates their efforts. This 40 hour/week position works the graveyard shift of 10:00pm-6:00am to 8:00am. This 3rd shift position offers is paid at $16/hour. We offer holiday pay, paid personal and sick days, overtime opportunities, a consistent, 5 day work schedule that remains the same each week.

As an overnight sweeper operator, you clean parking lots and warehouses through the operation of sweeper trucks and a backpack blower. You enjoy being alert during the graveyard hours as you drive and maintain your assigned parking lots and warehouses. There is nothing better than being able to see the results of your hard work at each property you work at, each night you work. Keeping safety in mind, you do your part to keep yourself and your equipment out of harms way. By keeping our clients parking lots and warehouses spotless, you feel a great sense of accomplishment and pride.
