Job Summary

Snackruptors USA Inc. is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Packer to join our manufacturing team in Mountville, PA. The Packer is responsible for packaging finished products into customer‑ready containers or work‑in‑process packaging while maintaining high standards of food safety, quality and operational efficiency in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring products are packaged accurately, safely and according to company and customer specifications.

Schedule

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Additional overtime or schedule adjustments may be required based on business needs.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepare boxes, bags, and containers for packaging finished or bulk products.
• Package products according to established specifications and production standards.
• Verify proper labeling, coding, and orientation of packaged items.
• Maintain accurate product counts and case quantities.
• Apply labels, date codes, and other required markings accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment throughout the shift.
• Follow all company safety, food safety, GMP, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Report food safety, quality, or safety concerns immediately to supervision.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and team production goals.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and workplace standards.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment safely and effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and GMP practices preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work around moving machinery and forklift traffic
