Job summary

Dollar Tree in Joliet, IL is hiring for a full-time warehouse associate. The role involves loading and unloading merchandise, inspecting for accuracy and damage, labeling and palletizing items for relocation, and replenishing picks.

You will fulfill orders by moving stock from storage to conveyors or pallets, ensuring correct shipments and safe loading. Candidates should be able to lift up to 70 lbs, adapt to changing duties, and prefer prior warehouse experience.

• Fills merchandise orders by selecting and moving merchandise from active location to conveyor, and/or slot to pallet or box to fill orders
• Check merchandise to ensure that shipment is accurate and merchandise is not damaged and is loaded onto proper trailer
• Perform general housekeeping duties
• Perform varied duties (as listed above) depending on department assignment Department assignment will change depending on Distribution Center needs
