Warehouse Associate – Electric Pallet Jack & Stand‑Up Forklift Operator

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate supports the daily administrative, operational, and organizational functions of the warehouse as assigned by the Warehouse Manager. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation for all shipping and receiving activities, preparing inventory balances, and ensuring materials are handled, stored, and distributed safely and efficiently.

Receiving Materials

Schedule incoming freight shipments.

Read and verify packing labels .

Unload pallets of newly arrived raw materials.

Inspect raw materials for damage.

Place new raw material into proper inventory locations.

Arrange returns for damaged materials.

Inventory Management

Locate inventory for outgoing shipments.

Stock new materials .

Re‑stock inventory as needed.

Identify missing items .

Rotate stock FIFO .

Maintain organized materials .

Move raw material safely without damage.

Customer Interaction

Support customers with inventory selection .

Write customer orders .

Warehouse Safety & Operations

Maintain warehouse cleanliness .

Operate forklifts safely (Electric Pallet Jack & Stand‑Up required).

Keep work areas clean .

Pay Range

$20.00-23.00 per hour (depends on experience in warehouse)
