Job summary

Configure is hiring for a 3rd Shift Operator in North Baltimore, OH. You will work 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, on a permanent 3rd shift.

Starting pay is $20 per hour with a pay increase every 6 months. You must have reliable transportation and strong attendance history. This hourly associate role involves maintaining efficiency, inspecting and sorting products, deburring and cleaning, packing, and providing shift reports.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced environment with long periods of standing.
• Must be able to perform basic math.

Responsibilities

3rd Shift Operator (11pm-7am) Don't miss this opportunity to join our growing team! Configure is currently hiring hourly associates on 3rd shift at our North Baltimore location. You must be willing to work Monday-Friday, 11 pm-7 am. This is a permanent 3rd shift role; there is no opportunity to move to a different shift. You must have reliable transportation and strong attendance at previous jobs. The starting pay is $20/hr with a pay increase every 6 months.

Hourly Associate

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• Maintain efficiency to the approved standard
• Inspect items and sort by means of visual inspections to insure they are defect free
• Prep product via deburring and cleaning to meet product standard
• Inspect and pack product in accordance with the standard
• Maintain work area and equipment by cleaning, organizing and keeping it in orderly condition
• Provide accurate production reporting and scrap counts at the end of the shift
• Communicate with previous shift to receive important job information
• Communicate with Team Leaders and supervisors when there are issues
• Complete other duties, as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate required
• Must have the ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced work environment, which includes long periods of standing
• Must be able to perform basic math skills
• Attention to detail is imperative
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be able to lift heavy boxes on a regular basis
• Able to work in a team environment
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed

The Pay Range For This Role Is

$20 USD per hour (North Baltimore)
