Parkside Senior Living is seeking a 3rd shift Caregiver to join a dedicated team and grow into a Medication Aide, helping residents with daily living activities and safety. The role emphasizes compassionate care, dignity, and collaboration with staff and families within a values-driven culture.

Ideal candidates will have prior direct care experience, a high school diploma or GED, and CPR certification if possible.

About The Opportunity

The Caregiver supports residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health. Encourages resident independence, supports resident choice and preserves resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions.

• Displays personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision.
• Demonstrates consistent work attendance as scheduled and addresses work related problems with the proper individuals.
• Communication skills that include careful listening, being sensitive to other people’s thoughts and feelings, giving thoughtful responses, and the timely and accurate reporting to appropriate people.
• Maintains confidentiality of both resident and staff information.
• Must present with a neat, clean appearance.
• Participates in designated facility in-services. Help new staff learn job tasks and responsibilities.
