Job summary

Morgan Olson, a leading walk-in van body manufacturer in North America, seeks a Warehouse/Production Supervisor to coordinate material and operations, train staff, and uphold safety and quality standards in Tennessee. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Responsibilities include planning daily work, directing team members, enforcing SOPs, maintaining 5S, and documenting production and safety reports while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Plan work schedule to be performed during a day or week, coordinating several employees.
• Direct and work with team members to meet specifications.
• Instruct and train team members in standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Promote 5S compliance by keeping areas clean, orderly and labeled.
• Document reports and prepare accident and production paperwork as required.
• Complete production reports and provide performance feedback.
• Support PPS team efforts and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Adhere to Quality policy and Safety policies in all activities.

Responsibilities

• Instruct teams in SOPs and ensure procedures are followed.
• Maintain 5S discipline in work areas and labeling.
• Document and report on production activity and incidents.

• Uphold safety, quality, and operational policies at all times.
