Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler at our Omaha facility. You will support operations by moving material and inventory, using hand trucks, scanners, and other equipment to keep the flow smooth.

You'll partner with the team to pack, count, label, and verify orders, maintain 7S standards, and keep the workspace safe and clean. This role offers opportunity for overtime and growth within a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic math ability and ability to read safety instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents.

Responsibilities

• Move material and inventory throughout the facility to support operations.
• Use hand trucks, conveyors or other material handling equipment as needed.
• Perform packing, scanning, kitting or counting of products.
• Verify orders, label products and use a handheld scanner.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean workspace.
• Work safely to protect yourself and team members.
