Job summary

WORKFORCE Employment Specialists, LLC is seeking a 3rd shift Freezer Material Handler to operate stand-up material handling equipment in a deep freezer warehouse. The role requires handling materials in temperatures as low as -20°F and supporting daily operations during the 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shift.

The successful candidate will have prior stand-up forklift experience, a focus on safety, and strong teamwork to ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating stand-up material handling equipment is required.
• Previous freezer warehouse experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F for extended periods (cold-weather gear provided).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Material Handler to join our warehouse team on 3rd shift. This position is responsible for safely moving, organizing, and handling materials in a deep freezer warehouse environment using stand-up material handling equipment.

The ideal candidate has previous experience operating stand-up warehouse equipment and is comfortable working in temperatures as low as -20°F. All required cold-weather gear is provided.
