Job summary

Bosch is seeking an Advanced Material Handler for 3rd shift to support shipping, receiving, and production. Operate order pickers and standard forklifts, move heavy items, and work at elevated heights in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Responsibilities include using handheld scanners, loading/unloading freight, and maintaining safety and efficiency while meeting company procedures in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of forklift or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, and/or production material movement preferred.
• Experience handling heavy materials strongly preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including handheld scanners or inventory systems.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and safety rules.
• Comfortable working at heights with fall protection equipment.
• Able to lift and move heavy materials in a non climate-controlled environment.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate order pickers, forklifts, and pallet jacks to pick, transport, and stage materials.
• Load, unload, and sort palletized and non-palletized freight.
• Use handheld scanners to track inventory and shipments.
• Secure freight inside trailers using proper tools and techniques.
• Handle heavy materials including coils and large equipment.
• Maintain safety and productivity while working at heights.
