Job summary
Robert Bosch Tool Corporation in Lincolnton, NC, is seeking skilled maintenance technicians to work on state-of-the-art equipment and controls. You will troubleshoot, install, and repair automation systems including PLCs, robots, CNCs, and HMIs.

Qualifications
- Minimum of four years experience in a manufacturing environment with control systems, PLCs, CNC, robots, HMIs.
- Working knowledge of prints, schematics, and equipment documentation for installation, modification and repair.
- Knowledge of machine communications, cables, and LAN components.
- Competence in electrical control panels and three-phase electrical systems to 480V or lower.
- Robot programming/teaching certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, install, and repair Automatic, Robotic, and CNC machinery.
- Troubleshoot Automated Paint Lines, Setting Presses, Welders, CNC grinders, robots, and related systems.
- Assist with PLC programming, HMI servo controller programming, and documentation.
- Operate and program Fanuc and Denso robots as required.
- Support production through daily maintenance and continuous improvement.
- Record work in SAP work order system and maintain logs.
