Job summary

Bakerly Ranch LLC in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 3rd shift. You will maintain production lines, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventative maintenance to ensure safe, compliant operations.

You will work with operators and supervisors to resolve mechanical problems, document tasks, and contribute to continuous improvement projects while upholding GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in food processing is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, perform, and execute line maintenance activities and communicate changes.
• Maintain start-up, operation, change-over, and shutdown tasks with proper documentation.
• Lead and support maintenance during stops or major interventions.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and adjust production equipment.
• Install and train on new machinery as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with facilities and piping.
