Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or equivalent hands-on mechanical/electrical experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on production machinery, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime and support safe operations.
• Read and interpret technical schematics, diagrams, and manuals to diagnose problems.
• Work with PLC-controlled systems, servo drives, encoders, and related controls.
• Document maintenance activities using the plant's tracking system.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills.
