Gorton’s Seafood seeks a maintenance leader to guide the Shift maintenance team in Gloucester, MA. You will ensure timely repairs, coordinate daily technician workload, and deploy resources to support operations.
The role requires strong collaboration with production management and a focus on safety and quality. Five years of food-manufacturing maintenance experience and leadership ability are expected, with CMMS and electrical/controls knowledge as advantages.
Contribute to the overall success of Gorton’s Seafood and its maintenance objectives by leading the assigned Shift maintenance team. This position will be responsible for overseeing maintenance repairs, providing technical support, and coordinating maintenance activities. This position reports to the Maintenance and Facilities Manager and maintains a close working relationship with production management and Engineering.
