Job summary

sg360° is seeking a 3rd shift Camera Technician to install, set up, troubleshoot, and maintain high-speed cameras, scanners, and other vision system technologies in our printing and mailing production operations.

This role focuses on ensuring document accuracy and quality as documents move through production, while performing routine maintenance and training operators on camera system handling. Strong mechanical aptitude and PC troubleshooting are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Computer skills and a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of PC hardware, software applications, and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience with digital cameras, scanning technology, machine camera systems, or industrial controls is preferred.
• Experience in digital printing, direct mail, or manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, set up, and troubleshoot camera systems, high-speed cameras, scanners, and related equipment.
• Monitor and maintain machine camera systems used in production to help ensure document accuracy and integrity.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues involving cameras, scanners, computers, and industrial controls.
• Apply knowledge of digital cameras, machine vision technology, PC hardware, and software applications.
• Troubleshoot computer hardware and software, including disassemble/reassemble PCs and navigate Windows OS.
