Job summary

Accelevation LLC is seeking a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift (11pm-7:30am) in Miamisburg, OH. You will set up, operate, and monitor metal-cutting machines to produce precision components for remote power panels, ensuring adherence to exact specifications and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on work in a fast-paced fabrication environment, with opportunities to learn new skills and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a machine operator is preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or construction environment.
• Must be comfortable lifting heavy material and working with hands.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong desire to learn new things.
• Experience with Salvagnini machines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor machines to cut and shape metal components with precision and efficiency.
• Utilize industrial machinery to cut, form, and prepare materials to meet exact specifications for assembly.
• Safely load, unload, and position large-format metal sheets using forklifts or overhead cranes.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
• De-tab, sort, and stage finished components by job number to support efficient assembly operations.
• Conduct routine machine checks and assist with maintenance to ensure consistent machine performance.
• Maintain high standards of precision and productivity to support manufacturing output.
• Accurately record material usage and machine activity to support inventory tracking.
