International Paper is seeking a 3rd shift associate at the St. Louis Container Facility (1201 North Highway Drive). The role involves reading work orders, moving stock, inspecting products, and ensuring production needs are met while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and practices.
• Read work orders and documentation to learn customer requirements.
• Monitor and move stock through production area.
• Identify stock and products that match work orders.
• Perform duties to meet production needs.
• Assist other employees as needed.
• Accurately use measurement equipment.
• Inspect, count, stack, and unitize products per specs.
• Identify nonconforming products and materials.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Work as part of a team with machine crews.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
