Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Production Associate to support daily plant operations, packaging, and changeovers. You will work with teammates to meet production schedules and ensure safety and quality.

The role requires a high school diploma, manufacturing experience, ability to stand 8–12 hours, lift up to 35 lbs, and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions. You will be part of a team committed to continuous improvement and environmental stewardship.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand plant safety guidelines and pass safety training.
• Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues.
• Must work well in a team environment.
• Ability to be on feet 8–12 hours per shift.
• Use of hands and fingers to perform job function.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend and climb.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Performs assignments in accordance with safety specifications and requirements.
• Demonstrates ability to meet production standards on assignments within required time.
• Maintains clean work areas in assigned space.
• Reports all production waste to Production Lead or Supervisor.
• Responsible for safety and quality throughout production.
• Notifies Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping off the line to maintain safety and quality.
• Performs other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
