Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read blueprints and tolerances.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments and reading gauges/calipers.

Responsibilities

• Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specs to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Set up, start, and observe machine operations; troubleshoot as needed.
• Operate various machines as directed by supervisor or lead.
• Complete changeovers and material feed-through.
• Perform first piece inspections and machine guarding checks.
• Use gauges and calipers to verify conformance to specs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
