Job summary

Garelick Farms, part of Dairy Farmers of America, is seeking an individual to operate filler equipment on the production line. You will monitor packaging quality, complete documentation, and ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.

The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, team collaboration, and accurate record keeping. High school diploma preferred; related warehouse or production experience is a plus. External candidates may receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate filler equipment and monitor production line.
• Complete required documentation and quality checks.
• Monitor weights, seals, and packaging of product.
• Adjust filler timing and filling; check mat as needed.
• Troubleshoot basic to moderate operating difficulties.
• Collect samples for quality assurance testing.
• Use proper packaging materials for each product.
