Pratt (Beloit Corrugating), LLC in Beloit, Wisconsin is seeking a Machine Assistant for the 3rd shift to help turn recycled paper into sheets of corrugated board and get products to customers. This role supports production teams and requires hands-on involvement in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with shift differential and eligibility for pay increases at 90 days and 6 months based on performance and attendance.

Qualifications

• Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.
• Able to apply concepts of high school math.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or graphic form.

Responsibilities

• Turn recycled paper into sheets of corrugated board and prepare products for shipment to customers.
• Assist with all aspects of turning raw materials into finished cartons and ensuring production flow.
