Cérélia is seeking a Break Reliever & Cross-Trained Equipment Specialist to support the supervisor and ensure smooth operation of our Shipping and Receiving Docks at the Whitehall, Ohio facility.

Leadsare thefirst ownership of their floor area, first line of defense; ifneedmore direction, reach out to supervisor.As the Break Reliever & Cross-Trained Equipment Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the supervisor and ensuring the smooth operation of ourSHipping and Receiving Docks.This position requires someone who takes initiative, has a sense of urgency, is solution-orientedandpossessesexcellent communication skills.This role will report directly to ourLogistics Manager
Operate stretch wrap machines.
Familiarity with modern warehouse practices and methods including operating scanners or handheld devices used to move and track items.
Prepare and complete orders for shipping according to the schedule.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Computer-based order picking incooleror freezer environment.
Maintainaccuraterecords of products that have been stocked and shipped.
Check in and sign out drivers in log.
Inventory cycle-counting
Check in raw materials, packaging supplies, and other deliveries according to procedures.
Label all incoming materials according to procedures.
Stock production lines with needed materials.
Keep warehouse areas interior and exterior clean and organized. Daily cleaning will berequired.
Flexibility to work off-shifts, including days or nights, weekends, or holidays.
Ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures, including product hold and traceability.
Report any discrepancies with product or code dates.
Follow established programs, policies, and practices to produce safe, quality foods that meet SQF, regulatory, company, and customer requirements.
Follow company safety policies and practices fostering a safe workplace and environment for ourselves and our co-workers.
Makes SAFETY a priority, while carrying out his /her daily activities.
