Job summary

NOVO Health Services in Rockmart, GA is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the plant environment. This full-time role reports to the Chief Engineer and involves cleaning all areas, including toilets, and operating cleaning equipment safely.

You will follow COSHH, health, hygiene, and infection control guidelines, observe safety procedures, and assist with additional duties as assigned while contributing to a safe, efficient workplace.

• Report equipment repairs to Chief Engineer.
• Follow COSHH, Health and Hygiene, and Infection Control guidelines.
• Adhere to safety procedures and policies.

POSITION TITLE: Housekeeper

POSITION TYPE: Full-Time

REPORTS TO: Chief Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of plant.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Keep all areas of plant, including all toilets, clean and tidy. This includes washing, dusting, polishing, vacuum cleaning, and sweeping as appropriate.
• Ensuring that all cleaning equipment and materials are maintained in a safe, clean, and efficient working condition.
• Report all equipment repairs and issues to Chief Engineer
• Ensure that the Chief Engineer is aware of the need for replacement materials and equipment for the satisfactory performance of the duties.
• Wear protective clothing in accordance with COSHH and Health and Hygiene regulations and Infection Control guidelines.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines.
• Understand, observe and adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Assist and perform other duties as assigned.
