Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking a Top of Line Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant to service our clients for Private Duty In-Home Care in the Albion, MI area. You must treat each patient as unique, offering care tailored to individual needs and preferences. You’re the one we’re looking for!

Shifts include 7:00p-7:00a; positions available PRN, PT, FT with flexible scheduling and weekly pay. Medical benefits for eligible employees, a 401 K retirement plan, training orientation, and 24/7 staffing

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in patients residences.
• Perform domestic and household tasks.
• Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or hospital.
• Administer simple prescribed medications.
• Assist with clients personal care activities.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report on their condition.
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise.
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.
