Eligible team members receive competitive starting pay of $20.85 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential for 3rd shift, along with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities in a large-scale pork processing operation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform essential duties.
• Able to stand for up to a 12-hour shift and perform repetitive tasks.
• Able to work in cold areas (20–40°F) and hot areas (>100°F) and handle cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Process meat products using hand tools, knives, and machinery.
• Maintain a safe, efficient production line and support coworkers.
• Flexible to overtime as production demands require.
