Job summary

Welch Packaging in Ohio is seeking a full-time 3rd shift team member to operate in a production environment. You will follow safety procedures, ensure boxes are built to spec and maintain productivity to meet on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include assembling, stacking, wrapping, labeling, and taping boxes while maintaining housekeeping standards and working as a team. Candidates should have a High School diploma and at least 1 year in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and processes.
• Ensure product is built to spec and 100% accurate.

• Assemble, stack, wrap, staple, glue, sticker, and tape boxes.
