You will move equipment, report repairs, and perform floor maintenance as needed. The position requires physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to follow schedules and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean buildings by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors and cleaning surfaces.
• Steam-clean carpets.
• Strip floors using proper machinery.
• Apply wax and buff floors.
• Apply sealant to floors.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Supply, clean and service restrooms.
• Mix cleaning agents per specifications.
• Move heavy equipment or furniture.
• Identify and report possible repairs.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Possible floor-related tasks such as steam cleaning carpets, waxing, and buffing.

Shift: Sunday - Thursday (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

We are looking for you to

• Clean buildings by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors and cleaning other surfaces
• Steam-clean carpets
• Strip the floor using the proper machinery
• Apply wax to coat floors and buff
• Apply sealant to floors
• Gather and empty trash
• Supply, clean and service restrooms
• Mix various cleaning agents according to specifications
• Move heavy equipment, objects or furniture
• Identify and report possible repairs
• Possible floor work applicable (steam clean carpets, apply wax, buff, etc)
• Other duties as assigned
