Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. is seeking a clerical assistant for our Fort Wayne, IN location. This full-time role supports drivers and office staff with document handling, data entry, and clerical tasks in a warehouse environment. Evening shift is available with pay starting at $17 per hour.

The position requires proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and strong computer literacy. Benefits include PTO and health/dental/vision coverage, plus a 401(k) plan.

• Collecting paperwork from incoming drivers and entering it into computer systems
• Create shipping paperwork for outbound drivers
• Answering incoming phone calls
• Maintaining and creating spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
• Maintaining and creating documents using Microsoft Word

Available Shifts

3rd shift available. Pay: $17/hour to start 10pm-6:30am:

Required Experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
