Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates to join a safety‑minded team in Findlay, OH. The role involves loading, sorting, and staging goods, operating forklifts, and using a warehouse management system to ensure accurate inventory during the shift.

This position offers a base wage with a $1.00 shift differential on 3rd shifts, plus PTO, multiple insurances, a 401K plan, and a boot allowance after 90 days. Training on first shift is provided for the initial two weeks.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to operate a forklift (sit-down preferred).
• Ability to read and follow directions accurately.
• Strong numerical and organizational skills.
• Flexible to overtime and shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Accurately match numbers and letters.
• Stage and sort products for loading.
• Load and unload trailers.
• Open and close dock doors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Move materials within the warehouse.
• Use warehouse management system to scan products.
• Prepare parcels for mailing and label accordingly.
• Record numbers of units moved and kept logs.
