Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is hiring for a 3rd shift Shipping Forklift Driver at our New Oxford, PA facility. The role requires operating a forklift, wrapping equipment when needed, and maintaining orderly stock and documentation for inbound and outbound materials.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 6+ months forklift experience, and the ability to work overtime on short notice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months forklift experience.
• Willingness to work overtime on short notice, including weekends.
• Comfortable in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
• Must obtain and maintain PCA certified forklift license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Wrap materials when necessary.
• Keep stock and materials in orderly fashion.
• Document materials unloaded and taken off trucks.
• Pull jobs for production and manage inventory counts.
• Assist others to balance workload and maintain clean warehouses.
• Follow safety rules and report equipment issues to supervision.
