Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is hiring for a 3rd Shift Full Time Forklift Operator I in Charlotte. You will operate a PIT forklift, build pallets, unload inbound shipments, load outbound goods, and replenish the pick floors while following safety and accuracy standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of work experience, ability to lift 30–75 lbs, and adaptability to a fast-paced warehouse. Training and PPE are provided in a non-temperature-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience required.
• PIT certifications preferred: Pallet Jack, Single Forklift, Double Forklift, Scrubber.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and place quantities of cases onto pallets safely and accurately.
• Unload inbound product and materials from docks to storage areas.
• Load outbound product to trailers safely and efficiently.
• Replenish product to pick/vertique mezzanine areas as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area; assist with pallet building as required.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
