Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator for the 3rd shift (Monday - Friday, 10:00pm - 8:00am) in Lenoir, North Carolina. This role supports our dynamic supply chain operations and offers opportunities to grow within a leading logistics provider.

You will operate lift trucks and order pickers, use handheld scanners, and participate in inbound receiving. A strong team attitude and safety mindset are essential to succeed in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must be trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials.
• Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy.
• Load and unload trailers as needed.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all times.
• Display a commitment to process excellence.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy.
• Perform inbound receiving processes.
